Quantum Software, a successful Irish Payroll company providing payroll solutions is growing and looking for a Payroll Support Executive.
We’re passionate about the support we provide to our clients and were looking for like minded people to join our team.
This is a wide-ranging role, and the successful person will have a broad background in HR or Payroll.
The company offers a range of services to Irish companies including provision of software solutions, support, and outsourced payroll.
This is a permanent position
You will:
- Provide Customer Support via telephone, chat, or email
- Installation of Software and Training to clients
- Assist with client specific projects
Experience:
- Be a good communicator, clear and confident, have a constructive and warm approach to clients and team members alike.
- Payroll or Human Resources Experience
- Knowledge of Irish Taxation and social welfare parameters would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Be goal orientated and have and have a strong delivery focus.
- The ability to work within a team.
